Renewing your membership

Individual

Membership renewal is due on 1 April 2012. We are pleased to announce that the annual membership fees have been frozen at £45.00 for individuals and £450.00 for corporate members

Existing members will receive an email detailing their login password and access key, which can be entered below. Payments can be made on-line using a direct debit, credit card, please enter your access key below (if you do not have this, please contact Succinct Healthcare Communications)

Direct Debit Scheme for Individuals

If you would like to take advantage of our direct debit scheme, please complete the direct debit instruction form below and return the original , along with your membership application form to Succinct Healthcare Communications. Once set up, this direct debit instruction will remain in place until we are advised otherwise.

Cheque

Please post a cheque to Succinct Healthcare Communications, £45.00 for individuals, or £450.00 for corporate members, made payable to BOPA 2012.
