We are delighted to announce that the 12th Annual BOPA Symposium; the biggest event in the UK oncology calendar, will take place at the Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel from Friday 16th October – Sunday 18th October 2009.
The British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA) and the UK Oncology Nurses Society (UKONS) are building on the enormous success of their annual symposia by joining forces for 2009. The combined BOPA and UKONS conference will be the biggest event in the UK oncology calendar, covering a wide variety of key topics in the care of patients with cancer. Through this new partnership, NHS oncology pharmacists, technicians and specialist nurses will have a chance to learn more about each other's roles at the same time as updating their understanding of new developments and the implications for the clinical arena.
This novel arrangement will see UKONS beginning their conference on the Thursday; Joint conference sessions on the Friday and BOPA sessions continuing on Saturday and Sunday.
