Oral Chemotherapy Information


Following the issue of the NPSA Alert: Risks of incorrect dosing of oral anti-cancer medicines, BOPA are providing a toolkit to assist its members to comply with the guidance. In the interest of improving patient safety in all sectors this information has been made available on the public access pages. The toolkit consists of links to the alert and supporting documentation as well as links to other docments and information sources. Additionally you will find posted here examples of best practice from different Trusts and Networks that can be adapted for local use. Examples are being posted as they become available so you are advised to keep checking back to see the latest developments.
